When considering taking action, setting a big goal, or taking a risk, we tend to think in terms of success or failure. But, rather than focusing on the outcome, try thinking about it in terms of “What can I learn? How can I grow?

You can only see so far down the road. The only way to take in the whole view is to take the trip. And who you become along your journey is what really counts.
