Every Nurse is a Teacher

Every Nurse is a TeacherAs you move forward in your nursing career and gain knowledge and experience, always look for ways to help and support those who follow. Teaching is a good way to keep learning.

I’m not necessarily talking about teaching in a university. Rather I am referring to the opportunity, and the obligation, that every nurse has, every day, to pass on his or her knowledge, experience, and wisdom. This could be in your workplace, online, through professional associations, by mentoring formally and informally, and so on. This is what life, and nursing is all about.
