Write it down

I just returned from a writing workshop presented by the best selling author SARK. The workshop was held at the Omega Center in Rhinebeck, NY. In addition to attending a wonderful workshop (I highly recommend anything by SARK) I had a chance to spend some quiet, reflective, alone time at a center for spirtual growth and development.  I also met so many interesting people from every walk of life including several nurses!

Although I write professionally, I am continuing to learn the value of personal writing for health and healing as well as unleashing creativity and learning more about myself.  Writing is a powerful tool for self-expression and self-discovery. And to think there was a time that I hated to write! Read my article Develop the Writer in You. I highly recommend the book Write it Down, Make it Happen by Henriette Klauser.
