To New Nurses

New Nurse When I was a student and new nurse, I used to look at experienced nurses with such awe and reverence. They were so smart, so cool and in control. I couldn’t imagine that I would ever be like them. But here I am decades later mentoring and giving advice to students, new and experienced nurses. And some day, if you’re a student or new nurse, you’ll be there too. Hang in there and have faith. You’re on the right track!
