Nurse Entrepreneurship

I’ve noticed a distinct increase in interest about entrepreneurship amongst nurses in the last 6 months. I’m receiving more related questions through my online Dear Donna column and have seen the attendance at my How to Start Your Own Business or Consulting Practice seminars increase. My last live online chat at www.nurse.com was about nurse entrepreneurship and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a lively chat! I could barely keep up with all of the questions. We have another chat on the same topic scheduled for Wednesday evening, September 19 from 8-10 p.m. east coast time. I hope you’ll drop in to see what everyone’s talking about! You can connect at  http://www.nurse.com/chat/.

Be sure to visit the Nurse Entrepreneur page on this web site (at least one new nurse is added each month) and check out the Entrepreneur Spotlight in each month’s edition of Nursing Connections, my monthly e-newsletter, to see what our innovative, visionary, and gutsy colleagues are up to.
