Full refund of workshop fee portion (minus $50 service fee) will be granted if canceled prior to January 11th.

Room reservations are subject to Miraval’s refund policy.

Step 2. Register for your resort stay directly with Miraval

Call 1-800-232-3969 and identify yourself as a member of “Empowered Nurse Enlightened Practice™ 2024” or online here to receive the special rates listed below.

If you have any challenges with making your reservation please contact our office as soon as possible.

Conference dates are January 25-28, a total of three resort nights. It is recommended that you stay at least four nights to get the full Miraval experience. If you are interested in staying additional nights, please let me know as soon as possible to arrange. The resort has been selling out on a regular basis.

Your all-inclusive group resort package of $786* double ($629 + 25%
resort fee) or $903* single ($729 + 25% resort fee) per night per
person includes:

• Luxury overnight accommodations.
• $150.00 Resort Credit per person, per night. The credit can be applied to a selection of spa services, private sessions, and activities.
• 15% discount on Miraval retail outlets.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Complimentary smoothies, and snacks from Palm Court
• Access to Pre-existing Activity Schedule: numerous group lectures, fitness classes, outdoor adventures, nutritional education, mediations, and yoga experiences (based on availability, fee based classes not included); see Miraval Activities
• Full access to resort amenities and facilities including three outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, private sauna and steam room, fitness room, etc.
• An advance deposit of 50% of your total room reservation (excluding resort credits and resort fee) is required to guarantee your reservation.
• Group rates are per person per night and will be available until Friday, December 1st, 2023. After that date, based on availability but don’t delay. The resort and my room block sold out quickly last time! A deposit in the amount of 50% of your total stay is required at the time of reservation.
