Why Me?

Buddhism - growWhen we go through difficult times, it is easy to feel sorry for ourselves and ask, “Why me?” This type of thinking creates resistance and only causes more pain and anguish. Instead, try to ask yourself, “What are the lessons I need to learn here?” or “How can I grow from this experience?” Buddhism teaches us that pain is part of life but that suffering is optional.
